Map Information

Hi! I’m Melissa. Alongside being a fantasy author, I design custom fantasy maps for books, TTRPG campaigns and more.Why work with me?Storytelling: As an author, I understand that a map isn’t just a piece of art, it’s a visual tool that guides your readers through the story.Geographical Accuracy: I hold a Master’s degree specialising in geographical mapping. This unique background allows me to combine real-world physical geography with the artistic flair needed to make a fantasy world feel grounded and real.My Process is Simple: I hand-draw all my maps digitally in Procreate. You don't need to be an artist to work with me. All I need is a rough sketch (no matter how messy!) or a short description of your world's layout. If you aren't sure where things should go, I can handle the layout for you, building out realistic coastlines, mountain ranges, and landscapes.Step 1:
You send me your rough sketch and/or lore document.Step 2:
I’ll create a draft layout and then add the details. I hand-draw the mountains, forests, cities, and custom icons, sending you progress updates along the way.Step 3:

World Maps

My maps are split into three tiers based on the level of detail, but sometimes maps can fall between these levels. I also offer extras e.g. customised borders and compass, additional background and transparent files, and also colour.

Prices for low tier world maps are ~$75 USD, ~$130 for mid tier and ~$160 for high tier.

City Maps

Prices for low tier city maps are ~$90 USD, ~$160 for mid tier and ~$220 for high tier.

Prices for low tier dungeon and interior maps are ~$65 USD, ~$120 for mid tier and ~$160 for high tier.
